Red Carpet Systems provided production services for the three premieres of the movie Persecuted produced by Millennium Entertainment. A Christian-themed thriller about an evangelist getting caught in some government conspiracy, the film stars James Remar whom most of you will recognize as the haunting father figure on the TV show Dexter.
As it’s been the cases with lots of religious productions lately, the film had its premieres set in different geographical markets to create word-of-mouth, which allowed us to bring our production services from Tulsa, Oklahoma to New York City and back home, at Hollywood’s ArcLight Theater.
This is one of these jobs which involved a lot of logistics and long hours driving our truck across the US but it sure did provide a great experience. The services we provided for Millenium Productions at the three premiere locations included red carpet setup, red velvet ropes and stanchions, a blue step and repeat wall, arri fresnel lights (see example below), movie poster displays as well as media arrival stations.
