This past week, Red Carpet Systems had 5 Events in 5 different cities across the nation.
These events were taking place in New York City, Raleigh, North Carolina, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, and Los Angeles.
Our New York event was the premiere of “The Affair”, an Emmy nominated Showtime series. Our staff provided a step and repeat backdrop as well as a red carpet, velvet ropes, stanchions and lighting, all of which being featured in our VIP package.
In Raleigh, North Carolina, we produced a press conference for a new video game from Nexon. Our production services for this event included custom window decals and the complete AV production for the press conference.
The event in Las Vegas was CinemaCon, a convention for movie theater owners and our client Barco was one of the premier vendors showcasing their wares which included many advances in digital projection of movies. Our staff produced and installed a number of step and repeats for their presentation.
We also collaborated to the Calvin Klein Warehouse Coachella party in Palm Springs, which was reported to be the party of the weekend by The Hollywood Reporter and featured many celebrities including Leonardo Dicaprio and Jaden Smith. Our production included custom cubes which were used for the bottle service area.
At the Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles we were involved in the event production of a brand new series premiere “Dramaworld”. This series is groundbreaking in its cross cultural references of Los Angeles and South Korea and is featured on the up and coming “Viki” streaming service Here is a link with more info https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dramaworld. Red Carpets Systems provided a customized media wall for this event as well as a red carpet, ropes with stanchions and lighting which come with our VIP package.
Other events this past week included a private party by Ray-Bans sunglasses and The Boiler Room in Mid-City Los Angeles which featured many DJ sets by up and coming artist including Teklife DJ Rashad, DJ Manny, and many more – here is a link to the complete 60 min set on Soundcloud https://soundcloud.com/platform/teklife-dj-set-ray-ban-x/sets . St. Annes Gala was another event that we produced this past week, featuring over 400 of our rental chairs.
Toyota also held an event at Pierce College which featured one of our step and repeats on gatorboard.
